✨ Karla’s Beauty – Cancellation Policy ✨ Hi beauties 🤍 To make sure I can give everyone the time and attention they deserve, please take a moment to review my booking policy: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all nail appointments. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 12 hours before your appointment time. Rescheduling: If you notify me 12–24 hours before your appointment, I’ll gladly transfer your deposit one time to a new date that works for you. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will lose their deposit.
